WHAT IS A COACHING FOR SOCIAL IMPACT?
Coaches for social impact work with individuals or organizations to help them maximize their positive influence on society. They often blend expertise in business, social sciences, and community development to support their clients in creating meaningful and sustainable change.
WHY DOES IT MATTER?
In a research article published in 2023 titled, "Beyond 'We don’t see color!': Leveraging executive coaching to foster inclusive corporate cultures by addressing structural racism within its ecosystem," it was revealed that nearly 90% of certified coaches are white. Furthermore, the study highlighted the disparities faced by BIPOC leaders in obtaining coaching certification due to curriculum biases.
It's imperative to ensure that BIPOC leaders, teams, and individual BIPOC coaches have access to high-quality development opportunities to enhance and bolster the impactful work they're engaged in.

As a certified Leadership Coach, I lead workshops designed to empower team members in areas such as goal setting, core values identification, storytelling, and succession planning. These coaching techniques lay the groundwork for leaders to seamlessly integrate coaching into their approach.
