Roots and Rising: Leadership Empowerment for Black Queer Men is a transformative 3-week leadership series designed to empower Black queer men to thrive into their leadership roles with confidence, authenticity, and strength. Throughout this journey, participants will explore the intersection of their identities, gain insights from historical movements, and develop the skills to create meaningful change in their communities.

In this series, you will:

• Strengthen your leadership capabilities and leave feeling more confident in your ability to lead with purpose.

• Engage in deep conversations about the unique experiences of queer men of color and learn how to navigate and facilitate these discussions with empathy and insight.

• Connect with other Black queer men who truly understand and share your experiences, building meaningful relationships that support and enhance your leadership journey.

• Draw from the rich history of past Black queer leaders and movements, using their lessons to guide and inform your approach to leadership today.

This series is an invitation to rise unapologetically into your power, build lasting connections, and chart your own path toward collective empowerment and community transformation.
